Defect Reporting

We utilise an online 'real time' reporting system that enables our Staff to produce real time Defect Reports that can be sent instantly to our clients.

Our Staff can produce individual Defect Reports whenever an issue is identified that needs immediate action either by NexusPeople, or our client.

Reports are created on a smartphone system (using proprietary software specifically designed for our FM contracts), together with images taken, and as soon as the report is saved, a copy is instantly emailed to the required person set up to receive reports.
