The Challenge

Attracting 5 million visitors annually, the site suffered from “White List” inflation, where staff and local stakeholders over-utilised customer bays. Additionally, the central location created safety concerns involving anti-social behaviour.

Our solution – on-site signage

Our solution

  • Data-Driven Audit: Conducted a “deep dive” into site usage patterns, identifying misuse of staff parking permits and recommending a relocation of staff parking to rear-of-house zones.
  • ANPR & Staff Parking Management: Deployed market-leading ANPR cameras combined with on-site parking assistants to monitor usage. We conducted a “deep dive” into tenant White Lists, relocating staff to rear-of-house zones and introducing a 5-hour maximum stay to protect customer bays.
  • Total Facilities Management: Provided a holistic FM package including cleaning, litter collection, and street furniture maintenance to elevate the site’s aesthetic.
  • Bespoke Security Measures: To address safety threats, we increased on-site staffing levels, updated schedules to eliminate lone-working, and equipped all personnel with body-worn cameras to deter anti-social behaviour.

The results

Award-Winning Safety
